Refund policy

Returns

Prom, Bridal, Quinceañera Gowns and Other Accessories: we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless you have received an incorrect or damaged gown. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at rocasint@gmail.com and you must include a photo of the package and the damaged/incorrect gown. Once the email has been reviewed and approved by a representative you must send the package back to 1 E. Diamond Ave., Suite G, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. Please make sure that none of the original wraps and tags have been removed. Please mail the gown back on the same packaging that was received.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied with every approved return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No refunds will be granted with obvious signs of use.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted to any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

No refunds or exchanges to any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

⚠️ Product Care, Wear, and Damage Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our garments. However, once an item is in the customer's possession, Roca's Fashion Designs is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper care, washing, handling, or wear.

To eligible for a return or refund, items must be in their original, unaltered, and unworn condition. We cannot accept returns, offer replacements, or issue refunds for items that have been:

  • Washed or Cleaned: Any damage resulting from washing, dry cleaning, or spot-cleaning is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please strictly follow all care labels.

  • Altered by Topicals: Items damaged, stained, or discolored by perfumes, colognes, lotions, deodorants, tanners, or other beauty products are ineligible for return.

  • Worn or Misused: General wear and tear, snags, or rips that occur after delivery cannot be refunded, as we cannot verify the conditions under which the damage occurred.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and deny a refund if the garment shows signs of wear, washing, or post-purchase damage.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rocasint@gmail.com and send your item to: Roca's Fashion Designs, 1 E Diamond Ave, Suite G, Gaithersburg MD 20877, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
